CV Screen is recruiting for a Senior Payroll Analyst to join a large, multi-site organisation operating across the UK hospitality sector. Based in Hammersmith with a hybrid working model, this is a fantastic opportunity to take a senior, technically focused role within a busy payroll and benefits function supporting around 2,000 employees. The position offers a salary of up to Β£50,000 plus excellent benefits and would suit an experienced UK payroll professional looking to play a key role in compliance, analysis and continuous improvement within a complex environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate monthly payroll delivery with strong validation, controls and reconciliations
  • Act as a technical payroll expert for complex pay, pension and benefits queries
  • Lead payroll compliance, audit activity and statutory reporting requirements
  • Drive payroll process improvements, documentation and system enhancements
  • Produce and support payroll data reporting for HR, Finance and Operations

What Experience Is Required

  • End-to-end UK payroll experience, including pensions and benefits-in-kind
  • Strong payroll compliance, audit and reconciliation background
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with payroll systems (ADP preferred)
