Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your territory through new business development and direct sales to farms
- Plan and conduct regular on-site visits, identifying customer needs and promoting solutions
- Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing and Technical Services
- Maintain accurate sales activity records within the CRM system
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events and conferences
What Experience is Required
- Proven sales background, ideally in agricultural or farming-related industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent organisational skills
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary of £35,000
- Uncapped commission structure

Location
Field-based across Cornwall with regular travel. Commutable from: Truro, Newquay, Bodmin, St Austell, Falmouth, Penzance, Redruth and surrounding areas.
