Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow your territory through new business development and direct sales to farms
  • Plan and conduct regular on-site visits, identifying customer needs and promoting solutions
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing and Technical Services
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records within the CRM system
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events and conferences

What Experience is Required

  • Proven sales background, ideally in agricultural or farming-related industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent organisational skills

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary of £35,000
  • Uncapped commission structure

Location

Field-based across Cornwall with regular travel. Commutable from: Truro, Newquay, Bodmin, St Austell, Falmouth, Penzance, Redruth and surrounding areas.
