Introduction CV Screen is pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing, design-led hire business based in Harlow. Supplying premium items to major brands and high-profile events, the company has grown to approximately £3 million in just three years and is continuing to expand. This part-time role offers genuine ownership of the finance function, working closely with the Ops & Finance Director. With flexible hours, the opportunity to work around school commitments and a salary of £40k pro rata, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business.
Duties & Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and oversee the month-end process.
Supervise remote bookkeeping support, reviewing work and ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate fixed asset records across the business's growing asset base.
Assist with payroll, VAT, reconciliations and financial reporting.
Use Xero daily and contribute to wider business projects as the company scales.
What Experience is Required Proven experience preparing monthly management accounts independently.
Strong practical finance experience, with a recognised qualification or qualified by experience.
Confident overseeing bookkeeping support, with excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
Salary & Benefits £40k pro rata , based on a 20–30-hour working week.
