We are recruiting for a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join a market-leading organisation that provides critical safety solutions across multiple industries. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily purchasing requisitions and ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
  • Resolve invoice queries and discrepancies with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Maintain accurate system records, including open receipts and stock levels.
  • Lead the procurement and supply chain processes for a core product, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Create and analyse reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier performance.

What Experience is Required

  • Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills with experience creating and interpreting reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Manufacturing background is desirable.
