Job Description
Property Manager East Midlands - Hybrid£45k + Car + Benefits Introduction CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and growing property management organisation covering the East Midlands .
This hybrid, field-based role offers a salary of up to £45,000 plus an excellent benefits package and the opportunity to manage a varied residential property portfolio.
Our client has an established reputation within the residential property sector, manages a substantial portfolio of developments, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to leaseholders and residents while continuing to expand across the region.
Duties & Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring full compliance with lease obligations and industry regulations.
Coordinate contractors and maintenance programmes to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, including overseeing major works where required.
Build strong relationships with leaseholders, residents and directors, attending meetings and providing regular property updates.
Prepare and manage service charge budgets, support the collection of arrears and oversee statutory consultation processes for major works.
Identify new business opportunities while ensuring your portfolio remains commercially successful and well managed.
What Experience is Required Previous experience managing residential block properties or a similar property management portfolio.
Knowledge of leasehold legislation, service charge budgeting and property maintenance, including Section 20 procedures.
Full UK driving licence (maximum of 3 points) with strong IT skills and the ability to work independently across the region.
