The Finance Officer will lead day-to-day finance operations, managing a small team and overseeing month- and year-end processes, payroll, and core financial controls, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, robust processes, and compliance in support of organisational objectives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead daily finance operations and manage a small team
- Deliver month- and year-end reporting and management accounts
- Oversee ledgers, bank reconciliations, and payroll
- Improve financial processes and controls
- Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and operational standards
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proven experience leading and managing staff
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel
- Experience delivering core financial processes
- Management accounts, payroll, and cloud accounting experience desirable
