CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a People Operations Manager for a well-established national charity near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. This is a great opportunity to lead recruitment from attraction to offer and help hiring managers secure high-quality people quickly. You'll also support the day-to-day running of a busy People and Culture team, including HR systems and payroll. The role starts as a 3-month temporary contract with a view to becoming permanent. It is hybrid and pays £41,000 plus benefits. It would suit a hands-on people professional who enjoys improving processes and wants their work to support a meaningful cause.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and the People Team Executive
Deliver a great candidate experience that leads to successful hires and smooth onboarding
Help run the People and Culture team day to day and line manage the People Team Executive
Keep employee data and the HR system accurate, and support the monthly payroll cycle
Find ways to streamline people processes and produce reliable people dashboards
What Experience is Required
Proven talent attraction and recruitment experience, ideally within a people or HR team using HR systems
Strong organisational, project management and process improvement skills
Confident with Excel and Power BI, with a good grasp of people policies and excellent communication skills
