CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of live event delivery, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to a high technical standard. The role involves coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and driving seamless project execution while supporting continuous improvement and innovation across operations.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations
- Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Plan and deliver technical production for live events
- Oversee projects from preparation through on-site delivery and debrief
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS
- Translate briefs into technical designs using AutoCAD and AV systems
- Manage budgets, costing, and resources
- Lead teams, suppliers, and client relationships
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficiency in technical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of live event technical production and Health & Safety standards
- A valid driving licence and passport
LOCATION: Milton Keynes - Half your time will be spent at their head office in Milton Keynes, the other half will be out on the road at events.
