We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who is currently working in an MSP environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Support Specialist with experience working in an MSP environment to join a well-established managed services provider (MSP) in Barnet. You’ll play a vital role in delivering top-tier support and implementation services for a diverse range of clients. The role offers a salary of £45,000 plus a competitive benefits package, along with full training and development opportunities. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-rate technical support, assisting with client projects and resolving network-related issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and migration of Windows Servers, as well as performing regular upgrades.
  • Manage and support virtualisation environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix.
  • Support Microsoft 365 and cloud environments including Azure and AWS.
  • Offer excellent customer service and occasional onsite support for client projects.

What Experience is Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within an MSP.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft domain infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies, including VMware, Citrix, and Hyper-V.
