It's a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded hotel finance professional to take ownership of the financial performance of a cluster of properties, working closely with General Managers and senior leadership in a business that genuinely invests in its people. Duties & Responsibilities Lead financial operations across a cluster of hotels, overseeing P&L performance, cash flow and cost control Own the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycle for each property Make sure statutory, legal and brand reporting requirements are met, and manage internal and external audits Lead and develop finance teams across the cluster, embedding best practice Act as a commercial partner to General Managers, driving process improvements and greater efficiency What Experience is Required Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Cluster Financial Controller within hotels or hospitality A strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and audit Confidence leading finance teams remotely and partnering with operational managers Salary & Benefits £50,000 per annum, plus: Discounted hotel stays and food & beverage across the group's portfolio Incremental holiday entitlement and a celebratory day off each year Development opportunities Home tech, Save as you Learn and cycle to work schemes Employee Assistance Programme Retail and gym discounts Location This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
