Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage, support and enhance enterprise-level network infrastructure across multiple sites
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network issues to maintain high availability
- Ensure systems are patched, secure and performing optimally
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and update configuration records
- Support service delivery through ticketing systems and meet SLAs
What Experience is Required
- Strong experience with Cisco networking (CCNA minimum, 5+ years preferred)
- Cisco Firepower and Cisco ASA configuration and management
- Proven skills in routing, switching, firewalls and network troubleshooting
- Experience working in complex, multi-site or enterprise environments
