Management Accountant Management Accountant – Exeter – £40,000 + Excellent Benefits A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a successful and well-established organisation based in Exeter.

Offering a salary of £40,000 plus an excellent benefits package, this hybrid role is office-based four days per week with one day working from home.

Working for a respected business with a long-standing reputation, you'll play a key role in supporting financial reporting, budgeting and commercial decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to join a growing organisation that values accuracy, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and supporting journals.

Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, control accounts and the fixed asset register.

Support budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting for senior management.

Oversee payroll data preparation and provide cover for customer invoicing and credit control activities.

Produce financial information for external stakeholders and support statutory accounting processes.

What Experience is Required AAT Level 4 qualified (or above), or equivalent finance qualification.

Previous experience producing management accounts within a busy finance environment.

Strong Excel skills with excellent analytical and communication abilities.
