CV Screen is recruiting for an Office & Marketing Administrator to join a highly respected design and architectural practice based in Liverpool. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support senior leadership while overseeing office operations and coordinating marketing activities that drive business growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the business, supporting client communications, and managing marketing campaigns across digital channels. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office operations and provide administrative support to senior leadership
  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential communications
  • Support marketing activity including social media, website updates, and bid submissions
  • Assist with project documentation, presentations, and business development initiatives
  • Liaise with external suppliers, IT providers, and third-party agencies to support business operations

What Experience is Required

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, PA, or Marketing Administration role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
