CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing and internationally recognised business within the wellbeing and lifestyle sector. Based in Horncastle, this office/hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape marketing strategy, enhance brand visibility, and lead exciting campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting future business growth while working with a passionate and collaborative team. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, partnerships, and events
  • Manage brand messaging and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Oversee digital marketing activity including SEO, email marketing, and social media
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team and manage external agencies

What Experience is Required

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing or marketing management role
  • Strong digital marketing and brand development expertise
  • Previous experience within wellbeing, beauty, lifestyle, or related sectors would be advantageous
