Performance Marketing Manager Coventry Salary up to £60,000
We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale performance across Paid Social, Paid Search and CRM. You'll be highly analytical, commercially minded and passionate about creative-led growth, taking ownership of channel performance, testing and optimisation to drive efficient growth. This is a fully office based role paying up to 60k per annum depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities Own Paid Social, Paid Search and CRM strategy and execution. Manage campaigns, budgets, testing, optimisation and reporting. Drive creative testing using performance data and customer insights. Own CRM campaigns, segmentation and lifecycle flows. Track key KPIs and turn insights into profitable growth. Partner with Brand and Commercial teams to deliver trading goals.
What Experience is Required Ecommerce experience is highly desirable Hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads. Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify and GA4. Strong analytical, commercial and creative skills. Proven track record managing budgets and driving growth. Proactive, data-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
