You will take an active role in managing all aspects of HR, from hiring and onboarding through to employee relations, administration, and wellbeing initiatives. By working closely with both managers and employees, you will help foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive working environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain compliant HR records
- Advise managers on HR matters
- Support compliance and audits
- Assist with payroll and reporting
- Promote wellbeing and inclusion
- Manage training records and communication
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- CIPD Level 3 (or in progress)
- HR experience including recruitment and onboarding
- Confident supporting managers on HR queries
- Experience with HR systems and reporting
- Committed to confidentiality and inclusion
