CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting an Interim Finance Analyst on behalf of a well-established European hotel owner-operator with a portfolio of properties across Europe. The role is based in London and pays circa £55,000 plus benefits. It's a 7-month interim role with an immediate start and the potential to become permanent for the right person. You'll dig into hotel financial performance, uncover what's really driving results against budget, and turn your insights into practical recommendations for operational and finance leaders. It's a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality-focused analyst who enjoys working on their own initiative and making a visible impact.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review hotel P&Ls against budget, forecast and prior year across revenue and cost lines
- Pinpoint the causes of variances and explain them in clear, plain terms
- Challenge budget and forecast assumptions, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Build prioritised, practical action plans to strengthen hotel performance
- Present findings to General Managers, Portfolio Managers, Finance and senior leadership
What Experience is Required
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel and confidence handling large data sets
- Hands-on experience of hotel P&Ls, USALI-style reporting and KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and GOP
- A hospitality background in finance, commercial, revenue or operations, with the ability to explain numbers to non-finance audiences

The salary is circa £55,000
Location
Based in London, with office attendance as required. Easily commutable from Watford, St Albans, Reading, Slough, Croydon, Kingston upon Thames and Romford.
