Duties & Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and the People Team Executive Deliver a great candidate experience that leads to successful hires and smooth onboarding Help run the People and Culture team day to day and line manage the People Team Executive Keep employee data and the HR system accurate, and support the monthly payroll cycle Find ways to streamline people processes and produce reliable people dashboards What Experience is Required Proven talent attraction and recruitment experience, ideally within a people or HR team using HR systems Strong organisational, project management and process improvement skills Confident with Excel and Power BI, with a good grasp of people policies and excellent communication skills Salary & Benefits The salary is £41,000. The role starts as a 3-month temporary contract with a view to becoming permanent.
