Duties & Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, and flexible working.
- Assist with recruitment processes and employment law compliance; attend relevant events as needed.
- Help develop and deliver HR-related training and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate records and support the preparation of key HR documentation and reports.
- Provide HR data and insights to inform decision-making and policy development.
What Experience is Required
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience in an HR advisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.
