Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and HR-related enquiries.
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures and best practice.
- Support absence management processes and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Assist with disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes.
- Produce HR reports and support HR systems administration and improvements.
