Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Marketing to join a dynamic, globally active events and community-driven organisation based in London. Offering a salary of £65,000 plus excellent benefits, this hybrid role is ideal for a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. Our client has been established for over 15 years, operates internationally and delivers high-profile events and initiatives for senior leaders and innovators. This is a pivotal leadership role, combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery across a growing global portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing activity across flagship events and strategic initiatives

• Oversee multi-channel communications including CRM campaigns, digital platforms and event technology

• Manage and develop a small marketing and community team, driving performance and capability

• Work closely with operations, partnerships and finance teams to ensure seamless campaign execution

• Support brand development and contribute to longer-term marketing strategy and process improvement

What Experience is Required

• Proven senior marketing experience within events, media, communities or high-growth businesses

• Strong leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing marketing professionals

• Ideally educated to degree level from a Russell Group university, with strong academic credentials

Salary & Benefits

Salary of £65,000 plus an excellent benefits package including 25 days\’ holiday plus additional discretionary leave, private medical insurance, life assurance, pension scheme, learning & development allowance, cycle to work scheme, regular team activities and the opportunity to work remotely overseas for up to three weeks per year.

Location

London (Hybrid). Easily commutable from Croydon, Watford, Reading, Slough, Romford, Enfield and surrounding areas.
