CV Screen is recruiting for a Part-Time Finance Officer to join a well-established charitable organisation based in Dorchester. Duties & Responsibilities
- Support payroll processing, including employee changes, statutory payments, pensions, and timesheets.
- Manage purchase ledger activities, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and financial records using Xero.
- Assist with income processing, funding administration, and resolving finance-related queries.
- Maintain accurate financial and payroll data while ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
- Work collaboratively across departments to improve financial processes and support business planning.
What Experience is Required?
- Previous experience in a finance and payroll position with strong Excel and Xero skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to deadlines.
- A proactive team player with strong communication skills and a professional, confidential approach.
