You’ll play a key role in managing the financial operations of the business, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
Offering £50k pro rata plus excellent benefits, this position is office-based three days a week and is easily commutable from surrounding areas.
Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and oversee financial reporting, including VAT returns, PAYE submissions, and month-end reports.
Manage payroll functions and ensure the accurate processing of PAYE and pensions.
Reconcile bank statements and control accounts while maintaining meticulous financial records.
Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial standards.
Provide financial advice and management reports to senior leadership.
What Experience is Required Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager or accounting role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, and VAT processes.
Familiarity with compliance and governance in financial operations.
Salary & Benefits Salary: £50,000 pro rata.
