A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Electronics Engineer to join a well-established engineering business based in Kington, Herefordshire (HR5), offering a salary of up to £42,000 DOE plus excellent benefits. This growing organisation specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of electrical control panel systems for sectors including process, water and wastewater industries. With ambitious expansion plans over the coming years, this role offers the chance to work on diverse projects while developing your technical expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical control panels to meet client and industry specifications
- Produce detailed technical documentation using CAD software (EPLAN preferred)
- Support internal teams with technical guidance and problem-solving
- Conduct inspection, testing, and fault-finding on completed systems
- Participate in factory/site testing and assist with commissioning across the UK
What Experience is Required
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and schematics
- Experience with control panel design or CAD packages (desirable)
