We're looking for an experienced marketing lead to step into a 12 month maternity cover role and take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity during a busy period of growth. This is a senior position for someone commercially aware, creatively driven, and comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team, overseeing everything from brand campaigns and digital activity to events, PR and physical spaces. The ideal candidate enjoys rolling up their sleeves as much as guiding others, and brings confidence, clarity and creative flair to a fast-moving environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the marketing team.
- Own the marketing plan, calendar, and budget.
- Deliver campaigns across all channels.
- Optimise digital performance and track results.
- Oversee creative output and showroom visuals.
- Manage launches, events, and key stakeholders.
- Lead marketing teams and manage multiple projects.
- Run campaigns across digital, events, PR, and print.
- Review and approve content with strong brand storytelling.
- Experience with launches, events, and showroom visuals.
- Flexible, proactive, ideally with a passion for luxury and design.
- Some travel to London will be required for events.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Location: The role is office based in Eastbourne, with some travel to London for events.
