Digital Marketing Manager – Charity Sector | Hybrid / Cambridge | Up to £45,000 + Excellent Benefits
Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for driving impactful campaigns? CV Screen is recruiting for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading international charity based in Cambridge. With a salary of up to £45,000 and a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office), this is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led organisation transforming lives globally through healthcare, education, and emergency relief programmes.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of integrated direct and digital marketing campaigns to engage supporters, churches, and mid-value donors.

Manage acquisition activities across digital and traditional channels, including social media, print, email, and telemarketing.

Oversee legacy and in-memoriam giving campaigns.

Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and digital partners.
-
Line manage and inspire two Marketing Officers, supporting their growth and development.
What Experience is Required
-
Proven track record in a senior marketing or digital fundraising role, ideally within the charity sector.

Strong experience in delivering successful multichannel campaigns and managing digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).

Experience leading a team and working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
