This is a full-time, office-based position . Duties & Responsibilities Manage and optimise CRM systems, ensuring accurate data and effective campaign segmentation. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and paid media, to maximise ROI. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights. Create engaging digital content and copy for advertising, email campaigns, and web platforms. Support lead generation and sales alignment to enhance customer conversion rates. What Experience is Required Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Pipedrive or similar), digital analytics, and paid media campaigns. Proven ability to analyse data and deliver marketing insights.
