CV Screen is recruiting for a Dutch-speaking Credit Controller on behalf of a successful international organisation based in Manchester. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding payments are collected promptly.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through telephone and email communication.
  • Investigate and resolve payment queries by working closely with internal teams.
  • Accurately update customer records, process payments and maintain complete account information.
  • Escalate complex issues where appropriate and contribute to regular team performance reviews.

What Experience is Required

  • Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable or debtor management.
  • Professional-level Dutch language skills, with excellent English communication.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word, with strong organisational skills.
