Commercial Manager Hereford Salary up to 50k
A Commercial Manager is required to to manage commercial activities, ensure smooth business operations, oversee contracts and compliance, support international exports and export controls, and drive business growth through effective commercial management.
This is a fully office based position with an early finish on Fridays.
Due to the nature of the the business, you will need to go through security clearance checks for this position.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage commercial contracts and bid processes.
Negotiate customer and supplier agreements.
Ensure export control and regulatory compliance.
Maintain company compliance and governance.
Manage insurance and contractual documentation.
Oversee international shipping and export logistics.
Coordinate personnel security and vetting.
Support business growth through commercial operations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience in commercial contracts or procurement.
Knowledge of UK export controls and licensing.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases.
Attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
