We're hiring a skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join this fantastic MSP team in Bournemouth. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business-as-usual support services, including allocating tasks, monitoring and maintaining contractual KPI commitments, producing customer reports, and serving as an escalation point for both internal and external stakeholders.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee service operations, incidents, and ITIL processes to ensure SLA compliance.
- Improve service delivery through trend analysis and process improvements.
- Manage customer service reviews, reporting, and stakeholder relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Previous experience in an MSP is highly desirable.
- Experience in Service Delivery or IT Service Management.
- Solid technical understanding of IT support environments.
- Experience and knowledge of using ITIL v3/v4 best practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting ability.
