We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive – HubSpot to join a well-established, fast-growing organisation based in Bury. Offering a salary of £30,000 plus an excellent benefits package, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of CRM-led marketing activity within a dynamic and forward-thinking business. The role is 100% office based with some flexibility and would suit candidates within a commutable distance of Bury, Greater Manchester. The organisation has been operating successfully for over ten years and continues to grow its UK customer base through innovative digital marketing, CRM optimisation and customer engagement strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, compliance and effective segmentation
- Design and implement automated customer journeys, workflows and nurture campaigns
- Deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS and digital platforms
- Create engaging content including social media posts, graphics, video and campaign copy
- Analyse campaign performance and CRM data, producing reports and actionable insights
What Experience is Required
- Proven experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM within a marketing role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, campaign delivery and content creation
- Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Salary & Benefits
£30,000 per annum plus an excellent benefits package including 5% pension, private medical care, buy and sell annual leave, free on-site parking, an on-site café (fully subsidised), and a car ownership scheme where every employee is provided with a vehicle. A supportive working environment with some flexibility is also offered.
Location
Bury, with excellent commutable access from Manchester, Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham, Salford, Middleton, Heywood, Radcliffe and surrounding Greater Manchester areas.
