Duties & Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding payments are collected promptly. Build positive relationships with customers through telephone and email communication. Investigate and resolve payment queries by working closely with internal teams. Accurately update customer records, process payments and maintain complete account information. Escalate complex issues where appropriate and contribute to regular team performance reviews. What Experience is Required
Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable or debtor management. Professional-level Dutch language skills, with excellent English communication. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word, with strong organisational skills. Salary & Benefits
