Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of three direct reports, ensuring the successful execution of business development plans.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities to support the firm s growth objectives.
• Facilitate cross-selling opportunities and manage client relationship-building initiatives.
• Conduct market and client research, providing actionable insights to support targeting and outreach.
• Oversee the development of bids, pitches, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What Experience is Required:

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience, ideally in professional or legal services.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a proven ability to track and report on business development activities.
