Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the retail branch to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage, coach and develop staff to create a high-performing team culture
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve customer queries professionally
  • Oversee stock control, security procedures and operational compliance within the store
  • Support recruitment, training and staff development activities across the branch
