- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting

- Strengthen financial controls, processes and ERP governance across the business
- Drive automation and process improvements to support future growth
What Experience is Required
- ACA or CIMA qualified with strong post-qualified industry experience
- Proven background managing multi-entity consolidations and international reporting
- Experience improving finance systems, controls and operational processes
