Working in a business centre you will have responsibility for providing a consistently high standard of customer care to the internal and external clients, being an ambassador of the business.

Providing full range of maintenance and caretaker services in a busy business centre environment, with focus on the company's key objectives of providing high quality client service.

Working with the centre team to ensure that the building is maintained to standards, offices are appropriately furnished, building security is maintained, client requests are completed in a timely fashion.

The Facilities Coordinator role is pivotal to the success of the business, completing day to day maintenance and repair tasks including general repairs, painting, erecting shelving, TV’s, carpet cleaning and litter picking.

They respond, prioritise urgent requests.

The Facilities Coordinator provides efficient and effective caretaking support to the Business Centre, ensuring security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards.

They are responsible for ensuring the operation runs smoothly and efficiently through involvement in services, standards, facilities, security, health & safety, housekeeping, meeting and conference rooms set up, and general client support.

They open the site daily, check for overnight problems, and work as part of a small team.

  • A skilled all round individual, practical and hands on, with ability to utilise a multitude of hand tools.
  • A high standard of personal presentation and effective, articulate communication.
  • First line customer care on a daily basis.
  • Capacity to develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, plan and organise.
  • Flexible approach, proactive and involved, able to work well under pressure.
  • Team player who takes pride in their work and customer service support.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and deal with people at all levels.

Flexibility required to support business needs. 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 12.30pm.
