Responsibilities
- Provide a consistently high standard of customer care to internal and external clients.
- Perform full‑range maintenance and caretaker services in the business centre.
- Complete day‑to‑day maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, heating, air conditioning, flooring, outdoor landscaping, gritting, snow removal and general facility repairs.
- Ensure building security and the general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas meet required standards.
- Support meeting and conference room set up and general client support.
- Open the site daily, check for overnight issues, react to emergency situations, meet deadlines and work closely with the centre team.
