This part‑time caretaker role (morning shift) supports a busy business centre in Widnes, ensuring high‑quality client service, building maintenance, and security.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a consistently high standard of customer care to internal and external clients.
  • Perform full‑range maintenance and caretaker services in the business centre.
  • Complete day‑to‑day maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, heating, air conditioning, flooring, outdoor landscaping, gritting, snow removal and general facility repairs.
  • Ensure building security and the general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas meet required standards.
  • Support meeting and conference room set up and general client support.
  • Open the site daily, check for overnight issues, react to emergency situations, meet deadlines and work closely with the centre team.

The Hours
