This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who seeks to greatly expand their experience in a warehouse, distribution environment.
The Role:
- Receiving deliveries
- Booking goods into stock
- Picking and packing orders
- Despatching orders
- Delivering to customers using company vehicle, and potentially putting stock away at customer sites
- Assembling individual components into kits
- Stock management duties such as stock taking
Skills and Attributes required:
- Hard working, self-starter who uses own initiative
- Cheerful personality & calm under pressure
- A committed team player
- Physically fit and in good health (this is not a particularly heavy role but there is a lot of volume during the day)
- Time management
- Ability to learn new processes and adapt to change
- Warehouse, stores experience
- An eagerness to learn is essential
- A people person with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent work ethic is essential coupled with good humour and a cheerful outlook
- Full clean driving licence, occasional customer deliveries
The Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.00am - 4.30pm
Friday: 8.00am to 4.00pm
