An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Tenancy Sustainment Officer to provide essential support to young people transitioning from care or facing homelessness. This role involves coordinating tenancy management, ensuring effective rent collection, and conducting thorough needs assessments to deliver tailored support. You will work collaboratively within a team to uphold health and safety standards while building strong relationships with colleagues and external agencies. The Role: Providing a customer-focused service, supporting young people leaving care or those who are homeless. Coordinating tenancy management and rent collection to ensure all housing management income is collected effectively. Working in a building with a number of self-contained flats. Conducting a full needs assessment at the point of referral into the service to establish the nature of support required. Ensuring health & safety and property standards are maintained and working effectively as a team member to deliver excellent services to the residents. Building effective and professional relationships with colleagues and external agencies, contributing to the Association’s values, culture, and ethos. Direct experience working within a young person's service is preferable but not essential.

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
