Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, screening, and directing calls to relevant departments
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Organizing and preparing meeting rooms
  • Arranging refreshments and tidying after meetings
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable environment
  • Setting up client files
  • Mail merging and sending letters using MS Word
  • Completing tasks within tight timescales
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning documents
  • Spreadsheet analysis using MS Excel
  • Replenishing stationery
