- Receiving, screening, and directing calls to relevant departments
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Organizing and preparing meeting rooms
- Arranging refreshments and tidying after meetings
- Maintaining a clean and presentable environment
- Setting up client files
- Mail merging and sending letters using MS Word
- Completing tasks within tight timescales
- Filing, photocopying, scanning documents
- Spreadsheet analysis using MS Excel
- Replenishing stationery
