Part Time afternoons, 25 hours, Monday to Friday, £17,043 once probation completed. Fantastic Temp to Perm opportunity working within an award-winning team who provide only the best in customer excellence in Fenton, Stoke on Trent.

The Role

  • Join an award-winning team who strive to provide the very best in customer service.
  • Receive, screen and direct calls to the relevant department.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Organise and prepare meeting rooms in advance of meetings.
  • Arrange refreshments and tidy away after the meetings.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy presentable working and office environment.
  • Set up client files.
  • Mail merge and send out letters using MS Word.
  • Ensure tasks are completed correctly within tight business timescales.
  • File, photocopy and scan documents.
  • Conduct spreadsheet analysis using MS Excel.
  • Replenish and order stationery.
  • Perform general ad-hoc administration duties.
  • Offer a flexible and helpful approach to a small team.

The Hours

  • Full-time cover would be required to cover the morning Receptionist during holiday periods.
