The Role
- Join an award-winning team who strive to provide the very best in customer service.
- Receive, screen and direct calls to the relevant department.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Organise and prepare meeting rooms in advance of meetings.
- Arrange refreshments and tidy away after the meetings.
- Ensure a clean and tidy presentable working and office environment.
- Set up client files.
- Mail merge and send out letters using MS Word.
- Ensure tasks are completed correctly within tight business timescales.
- File, photocopy and scan documents.
- Conduct spreadsheet analysis using MS Excel.
- Replenish and order stationery.
- Perform general ad-hoc administration duties.
- Offer a flexible and helpful approach to a small team.
