The Role:
Join an award-winning team dedicated to providing excellent customer service as a Front of House Receptionist. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, screening, and directing calls to relevant clients
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Organising and preparing meeting rooms
- Arranging refreshments and tidying after meetings
- Maintaining a clean and tidy office environment
- Setting up client files
- Mail merging and sending letters using MS Word
- Completing tasks within tight deadlines
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Performing spreadsheet analysis with MS Excel
- Replenishing and ordering stationery
