Due to growth, our client is seeking an Administrator working for a successful and well-established manufacturing company based within Stoke on Trent.
The Role:
- Provide consistently high standard of administration support
- Handle a varied role within a small team, providing a full range of admin duties day-to-day
- General client support, receiving, screening and directing calls to the relevant department
- Perform administration duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents
- Perform spreadsheet analysis using MS Excel
- Ensure tasks are completed correctly within tight business timescales
- Offer a flexible and helpful approach to a small team
