The Role:
- Working for an established company, who offers a great team environment and job stability
- Working within a small team who provide support to a busy production environment
- As part of a small and friendly team you will provide mechanical repairs to a wide range of manufacturing machinery
- Setting up the extruders and various cutting machines
- Dealing with fault finding on machine breakdowns
- Setting up the machines to the desired product requirements
- Fitting of new machines
- The use of mechanical tools
- Working to health and safety requirements
Skills and attributes:
- Mechanical knowledge
- Electrical understanding advantageous
- Welding, lathe, and milling experience would be extremely helpful
- Setting, fitting, machine maintenance experience
- Ability to fault find, repair and provide solutions to mechanical breakdowns
