The Hours:
- 4 Days per week, Monday to Thursday
- 36 hours, Flexi
- Between 7am – 5.30pm

The Role:
- Cut, strip, clean and inspect fiber optic cables.
- Follow schematics for proper installation of components and proper soldering procedure to ensure quality of the finished product.
- Work with small parts, using soldering irons and small hand tools.
- Polish fiber optic components with various tools and papers.
- Able to read from drawings.
- Able to understand production documentation and maintain high quality work.
- Willing to perform other tasks as and when required.
Skills and Attributes required:
- Detail orientated, self-sufficient, and able to meet production quota in a timely manner.
- Good understanding of quality control principles.
- Must be able to sit for long periods throughout the shift.
- Must follow all safety rules, including maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
- Must be able to properly use a soldering iron.
- Ability in using tools, clamps, crimp and machines.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
- 1-2 years of complex cabling, wiring assembly ideal.
