Due to recent rapid growth, we’re looking to recruit 4 experienced, top-tier CV writers to join our existing team with immediate starts available. What’s the job? Create top-tier, bespoke, targeted, professionally written CVs, cover letters and optimise LinkedIn profiles. Hold initial strategy consultation phone calls with clients where you will discuss what the client is aiming to achieve from the service, then discuss their career history, paying extra attention to their skills, experience and achievements. Please do not apply if you are uncomfortable with this aspect of our service. This is a key requirement of a premium CV service, and we do not employ CV writers who can’t complete client consultation calls. Work to a 3 business day turnaround with each client and provide document revisions where requested. Research the clients targeted positions ensuring the documents you create are optimised and targeted towards those positions. Work with clients of various career levels and professions. At least 1 year of experience in CV writing OR a minimum of 3 years of combined experience in professional writing, human resources (hiring), career consulting, or talent acquisition and recruitment. Familiarity with contemporary resume formats, the functioning of Application Tracking Systems (ATS), and the most effective techniques for crafting high-quality resumes that are tailored to each client’s industry or career field.
