A Sous Chef is required for a Private Members Club with accommodation. You will be exposed to the A'la Carte Restaurant and weddings which are to a 2 AA Rosette standard. In order to stay here, you have to be a member, and weddings are full exclusivity of the hotel and grounds – this is Worcestershire's hidden gem.

You will be working for a small luxury hotel group with other hotels in the UK and Europe.
