We\’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality food and service. As Sous Chef, you\’ll support the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation and to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen

* Lead and support the team in preparation, cooking, and service

* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness

* Help with menu development, stock control, and ordering

* Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs and kitchen staff

* Step in for the Head Chef during absence

What We\’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie

* Confident running a busy kitchen section and leading by example

* A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices

* Organised, calm under pressure, and excellent at time management

* Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and high-quality food

* A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Employment Type: Full time, hours 37.5 per week – includes 5 seven-hour shifts over 7 days 11am – 7pm
