WORK LIFE BALANCE: A leading contract catering company specializing in high-end law and accountancy firms is seeking a Sous Chef for a flagship law firm in central London.
You will work in a brand new, stunning property that has been redeveloped over the past few years at a cost of millions. Your responsibilities include providing food for staff and hospitality events, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. You will have input into the menu, which may include dishes ranging from bowl food, street food, to Michelin-style cuisine.
Sous Chef Highlights:
- Salary: £40,000 per annum
- Overtime paid
- Monday – Friday, daytime hours
- Opportunities for progression to Head Chef, Development, and Area roles
- Occasional evenings with paid overtime
- Types of cuisine: fine dining, street food, bowl food, grab-and-go
- 40 hours per week (dependent on business needs)
- Opportunity to develop food concepts with the Head Chef
- Closed on Bank Holidays and Christmas
