We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a highly regarded banqueting and events venue in Churchdown. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants work-life balance with seasonal flexibility .
What\’s on Offer?
* £30K-£35K + tronc
* Flexible hours – busy wedding season but relaxed winters with 4-day weeks finishing at midday
* Early starts, early finishes – structured shifts for better work-life balance
* Summer schedule:
* Midweek: 7 AM – 2 PM
* Saturday: 10 AM – 10 PM
* Sunday & Monday off
